Meet Pastors Mike & Brenda

Pastors Mike & Brenda Smith are passionate about helping people live life to the fullest, With more 20 years of ministry experience, they moved moved to Massachusetts to start LifeQuest in 2002. Before coming to New England, they served in both large and small churches in south central Pensylvania. Mike has a Bachelors in Ministry & Bible from Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster PA. Mike is also the North Mid-Atlantic & New England Field Director of Church Planting for the Eastern Regional Conference, Churches of God.Brenda was privileged to be a stay at home mom for nearly 25 years and now serves alongside Mike. She has a powerful ministry to women and an incredible desire to see God's Kingdom advance though prayer. Pastor Mike & Brenda have been married 28 years and have 4 wonderful children that all live close by in Massachusetts.

Mike & Brenda don't claim to have life all figured out. They do know that God has greatly blessed them and used them to impact the lives of thousands of people.



Our Beliefs

Our beliefs major upon the essential truths of the Christian faith which unite all believers, rather than upon the minor differences that tend to separate people of faith.

Concerning God, we believe there is one God, eternally existing in three co-equal persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Concerning Jesus Christ, we believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, the Son of God; He was involved in creating the universe, lived a perfect life and was the Father's perfect sacrifice for the sin of all people through His death on the cross. We believe He rose from the grave, ascended to heaven and is soon returning to earth in power and glory.

Concerning the Holy Spirit, we believe in the deity of the Holy Spirit who was active at creation, instrumental in the conception of Jesus, performs the miracle of the new birth in unbelievers, and indwells believers- baptizing, teaching, leading, gifting and empowering them to live godly lives.

Concerning the Bible, we believe it to be God's written revelation to man, that it is verbally inspired, authoritative and without error in the original manuscripts .

Concerning human beings, we believe that all people are created in the image of God, but because of sin, are alienated from God. Only through trusting in Jesus Christ alone for salvation made possible by His death and resurrection, can that alienation be removed.

Concerning our lives, we believe that God intended life to be lived to its fullest, that sin destroys the full life, and that living the best possible life in an imperfect world only comes through the salvation and leadership of Jesus Christ.

Concerning eternity, we believe that people are created to exist forever, that all people will either exist in the presence of God in a real heaven or in eternal separation from God in a real hell based upon one's relationship with Jesus Christ.
